Tony-nominee/Disney Princess Susan Egan had plans to build a new website, and came to us for help.
Susan brought us an existing mockup (created by designer Julia Evins) that we extended and fleshed out. The overall feel of the site is true to Evins' vision, although we took liberties to accomodate specific needs and concerns during the process.

Vibrant, quirky comic Julia Nathan wanted to capture her energy online. She already had hilarious pictures and a logo: she just needed the website.
We designed this website to showcase "the many faces of Julia Nathan," and built it on WordPress so Julia could update the site herself.

Although the previous iteration of the LML Music website was powered by WordPress, it was clunky and difficult to manage. Using custom plugins and a ground-up rearchitecture of the site, we were able to simplify administration and give it a brand new modern look.
We also built a new inline audio preview feature, an instant search function, and integrated social media tools.


We created a fun and playful new website for Broadway actress Cortney Wolfson, perfect for her to showcase an extensive collection of YouTube videos, photos and multimedia.
The site also features recent news and upcoming performances, perfect as Cortney kicks off the national tour of The Addams Family as Wednesday.

MAC and Bistro award-winning recording artist and label owner Lee Lessack had initially worked with Van Patten Media for a website design in 2009, but as the middle of 2011 approached he felt ready to refresh the look.
The initial design was cleaned and streamlined for a more modern, geometric approach that would better showcase Lee's increasing social media presence and concert dates.

Considered a premiere producer of theatrical shows and concerts, Spot-On Entertainment presents award-winning performers of the stage and screen. It made sense to have a website that matched the artistry of the talent they represent.
The visual look is sleek, and easily maintained through WordPress' new custom posts feature. Multimedia is now delivered through outside providers as part of a forward-thinking social media plan.


The Amalia platform provided the base of this modern, social media-laden site for singer/songwriter Sara Elizabeth.
Twitter updates are displayed in the footer (along with links to other social media platforms), while MailChimp provides old-school mailing list action. The site has a number of visual effects, including a custom scrollbar and animations.

Designed for a small vacation cottage in Ireland, Maggie's Cottage is a deceptively simple site. It's built on a highly customizable Amalia core, with jQuery and Raphaël providing visual effects, such as text rotation for each page's snapshot caption.

If you saw the original Broadway productions of Seussical, Ragtime, or the 2009 national tour of Disney's Mary Poppins, you probably saw Andrew Keenan-Bolger. His youthful persona has helped him maintain a life-long career on stage, and he needed a website with the look to match.

Getting ready to graduate from NYU's Steinhardt Music Theatre program, senior Harrison Post needed a website to help market himself to casting directors and his future fans. A simple, no-frills website that showcased his credits and work was in order.
Incorporating an image gallery, video player, and audio clips, the website invites users to see Harrison's work and hear him in action.

Kevin Daly has built a reputation for posting fascinating, in depth, and detailed analysis of live theatre (both present and past) on his blog Theatre Aficionado at Large. This new look converted Kevin's blog from a simple Blogger site into an attractive resource for people who want to learn.
Analytics was deeply integrated, with the aim of tweaking the site over the long term to increase traffic.

Northwest Oklahoma's Red Carpet Country tourism board needed a strong, visual, and interactive web identity that would help market their region to the world. The result is a WordPress site that offers easy navigation between locations and attractions, a functional county map, and easy to read text.

The Syracuse Children's Chorus is a Central New York music institution, giving talented young singers a chance to shine. They wanted their website to show off these singers, while adding interactive features. One such feature was a secure member area, so choristers could keep up with news.

FOSSwire is a massively popular blog covering open source technologies. This incarnation, version 3, was built on a custom Django foundation. FOSSwire 3 integrated forums, comments, and blog posts into a unified interface.
Within weeks after the relaunch, the website hit 9000 subscribers.

Theatre Design and Technology students at the University at Buffalo needed to document travel experiences as a condition of receiving research grants. In cooperation with faculty and (fellow) students, (td)squared was developed, providing an outlet for students to maintain travelogues.

A founding member of the Oratos Media Network (along with FOSSwire and GizBuzz), YouMakeMedia is a blog devoted to user-generated media in the age of the internet. Focusing primarily on video, the site provides tips, links, and tutorials for people looking to learn more about creating the next YouTube hit.
